The Snooker League has one division with five frames played in each match. Up to 15 players can be registered per team. Teams choose their playing night Monday to Friday, which applies to home matches; away matches are opponent's playing night. A handicap system is used which uses the Snooker website to record player results and change the handicap when the difference between frames won and lost reaches a certain level (currently 3). The season runs from September to March with a subscription of £4 per team (this was reduced from £25 when the Section agreed not to award prize vouchers) covering entry into the league and also a teams knockout competition. If a doubles or individual competition is held, the entry fee is £1 per player. Trophies are presented at the end of each season. At the end of the 2014-15 season, Dormer finished as league-leaders with 50 points. Transport Cricketers were in second place with 49 points - a close finish! follow the link below for more detailed information.
